new arrivals - chooyilin!

luxury label, chooyilin's awareness-raising mission for the conservation of our environment continues! this time paying homage the humble pebble.. .. and you think, "the humble pebble?"

says assistant designer, kevin ong: "pebbles are very important in protecting beaches from the destruction of waves, in addition to being home to many species. the humble pebble isn't quite what we think it is."

and in this capsule collection, it is indeed a deviation (to say the least) from the everyday pebbles under our feet! as choo yilin herself puts it: the collection's aim is "to demonstrate that [pebbles] are beautiful in their own right, [being] crucial to the environment." this has been done through and with faceted gemstones of brilliant hues, weaved in solid bronze.
